Sandbox / preview mode with `ka_test_` keys — full apply → pay → status without live WooCommerce or charges.

### Added

- `ka_test_…` API keys (`mode=sandbox` on issue); virtual `walletSandboxBalanceCents` (seed $1,000)
- Sandbox orders (`sbx_…`) stored in Firestore — create/pay/get/cancel never call live WooCommerce
- `POST /orders/{id}/sandbox/set-status` for simulated status + `email_preview`
- Pay-wallet / set-status responses may include `email_preview` (HTML, not SMTP)
- Webhook payloads include `"sandbox": true` for sandbox orders
- Sandbox `POST /wallet/topups` credits virtual balance instantly (no Stripe)

### Changed

- Auth accepts `ka_live_…` or `ka_test_…`; sandbox and live keys cannot mix order ids
